ramskill martin has a team of experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyors, experienced Quantity Surveyors who are working towards RICS accreditation and Graduate Quantity Surveyors. Together with the team of Project Managers, this means that this experience ensures ramskill martin can provide Contract Administration services for our Clients on many Standard and non-standard Forms of Contract.

ramskill martin provide Contract Administration services throughout the construction phase of the project to help its Clients control and manage their project in line with the Contract Documents, meeting contractual requirements including time, cost and quality.

ramskill martin can also advise its Clients, or its team, on the contractual elements of the project to support and ensure they are well positioned to undertake the Contract Administration role themselves if they so wish.
