Programming and Planning Services on behalf of a Railway Electrical and Signalling Engineering Subcontractor

The projects consist of electrical and signalling engineering upgrade works as part of a framework agreement with a railway underground network organsation.

The electrical and signalling engineering subcontractor required tender programmes to be prepared for its tender submissions under the framework agreement. The tender programmes were required to comply with the underground’s requirements. The programmes involve work across several underground stations and complex patterns of shift working.

RM prepares and presents tender programmes as part of the tender submission. The client evaluates the tender programmes against the client’s tender evaluation matrix. Tenders continue to be successful and the works continue to be carried out to plan.
