Final Statement Timelines Under JCT
As we still see numerous clients using the 2011 versions of the JCT Contracts, our previous Back to Basics timeline looked at Interim Payment Timelines applicable under the JCT Design & Build 2011 Contract. Today’s diagram looks at the issuing of the Final Statement and the dates applicable to the Final Payment. Our next reviews will look at the Interim Payment Timelines and the Final Statement Timelines of the 2016 version of the JCT Design & Build Contract.
